How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information. Please also check your junk email. This email will have all your shipping information. Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped.

What size should I choose for the best fit?

Important: Dick Flops run smaller than standard sizes. We recommend ordering 1–2 sizes larger than your usual size for the best fit. 

  • Regular Feet: Order 1 size larger than usual.
  • Wide Feet: Order 2 sizes larger for extra comfort.


What If Your Usual Size Is Smaller Than Our Available Sizes?

Our smallest size is US M 7.5 / US W 9 (25 CM).

  • If your usual size is 1–2 sizes smaller than this, you can order our smallest size for the best fit!
    (Example: If you’re a US M 5 / US W 6.5, the smallest size should work.)


Example Time!

  • If you usually wear a US M 8 / US W 9.5, order a US M 9 / W 10.5 (1 size up).
  • Got wider feet? Go for a US M 10 / W 11.5 (2 sizes up).
  • If you wear a US M 5 / W 6.5, our smallest size (US M 7.5 / US W 9) will fit you best!
